what up.

soo, I am bored at my internship right now. here I thought I was gonna be helping do all these last minute planning things before Matt goes on his cool vaca, but he's sick, and the other guys are out right now so I'm just chillin. today is like marathon day, even though it apparently didn't need to be, but I don't see the point in driving all the way back home (far southeast side of Fishers) when I needed to workout and be at Starbucks for work at 5. I left home this morning at like 9:45, and won't be getting back there til midnight-ish after work is over. tiring, but i don't have to work the next two days so I'll get to rest up a bit.

this weekend was kinda full. i don't remember if I worked on Friday, but that evening I kinda had to myself. so I watched some TV and then did a little bit of shopping on 96th st. in hopes of finding some clothes for the bottom half of my body. let me tell you, buying shorts for a normal size woman like me that work is not easy. All they have out these days is like super short, tiny tiny shorts that my butt would not even fit into, or too big too long mom/older woman shorts. I guess if you're under a size 4 or somethign you could find shorts without much of a problem. so, what do you do when you can't/won't wear the itty bitty shorts, and don't want to wear the older mom shorts?? Bermudas. which i like, but i also want to get some normal shorts too. the hunt will continue, with stops at Old Navy, NY and Co., and Penneys.

I had to be at work Sat. at 5am, so I wasn't up late Friday night. Saturday was kinda hectic at work, and then I came home, rested for awhile and got ready to sing for the two services that night at church. Then met up with a buddy from school for awhile, that was fun. A non-committall dinner meet-up. Nice to be able to hang out with a guy and not have it be like, "soo, do we like each other, is this a date?" Sunday was two more services at church, nap, work, and back home. I think the services went really well this weekend. I so enjoy doing that.

some genius person decided to put little cards for free iced or hot coffee in the Indy Star. You can get a tall cup of coffee for free from now til July 14. sooo yeah, we're getting a lot of those. "hiii, I have this card from the paper..." and we're like "yep, yep, cream or sugar?" while thinking 'whose idea was this!?!' lol.

I am pleased to announce that the Bautz family has finally upgraded to high speed internet at home. If you don't know us well enough to know, they've had dial up at home up til yesterday! yeah, it's bad. every time i would go home from school it was so annoying. I told my parents they would never go back, and I know I'm right, even though they try to be sticks in the mud sometimes. (love you still)

I am reeeaeaally looking forward to this fall, even though I'm not sure what is going down. I think I have a great roommate lined up, and a couple awesome job opportunities, so we'll just have to see how it all goes!

gonna be working on the piano skills. pray for that.
